Professional athletes don't train alone. They have a coach, a nutritionist, someone watching their sleep and recovery, and those people talk to each other. They know the athlete's history, season to season, notice when something changes, and adjust before it goes wrong.
Most people who train have a watch, a ring, a handful of apps and a lot of numbers. Each one is good at its own job, but they rarely talk to each other, which leaves you guessing. And as goals change, from a first marathon to getting strong to sleeping properly again, the apps tend to change too, and each new one starts from zero.
That's the gap between how pros train and how the rest of us do. We can't give everyone who trains a professional coaching team, but we bet we can get pretty close. NOYU is our answer.
It starts with knowing you, and it keeps getting to know you better. NOYU connects the devices and apps you already use and reads everything together: training, sleep, food and recovery. It remembers what you've worked towards, what you've tried and what made a difference, so each new goal builds on everything before it.
Then it does the work. It messages you when something shifts, answers whatever you ask, builds a session and sends it to your watch, logs a meal from a photo, and runs experiments to find out what actually works for you. The only benchmark is you, and how far you've come.
We're a small team in London, building NOYU alongside the people who use it. Every week it gets to know them a little better, which is the whole idea. Say it out loud: NOYU sounds like "know you".
