By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Services. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
Noyu is a platform that connects and interprets data from multiple sources to help you understand your health. Our Services include:

The Services are designed to help you understand your health data, but they are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Some features of the Platform may require payment. All fees are displayed before purchase and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorise us to charge the applicable fees.
The first 100 Members to subscribe are designated as Founding Members. As a Founding Member, the subscription price you pay at signup will remain fixed for as long as you maintain an active Membership, even if we increase prices for new Members.
This lifetime pricing benefit is subject to the following conditions: (a) you must maintain continuous, active Membership - if you cancel your subscription, you will lose your Founding Member status and any future resubscription will be at the then-current price; and (b) lifetime pricing applies to features available at the time of your signup - any new premium features introduced after your signup may require additional payment.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Founding Members programme if PROJECT 120 LTD undergoes a material change in business direction, ownership, or if the Services are substantially restructured. In such circumstances, we will provide Founding Members with at least 90 days' notice and offer a pro-rata refund for any prepaid subscription period.
You may cancel your Membership at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds may be provided at our discretion, particularly where Services have not been delivered as described. For any refund requests, please contact us at hello@noyu.health.
The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PROJECT 120 LTD and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Platform without our express written permission.
When you upload or connect data to the Platform (including Health Data, questionnaire responses, and wearable feeds), you retain ownership of that content.
By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store, and process your content for the purpose of providing the Services, improving our Platform, and creating anonymised or aggregated insights.
We do not use your Health Data for advertising or marketing purposes. We do not sell your Health Data to advertising platforms, data brokers, or information resellers. We do not share your identifiable Health Data with third parties for their advertising or data mining purposes.
The Platform may integrate with Third-Party Providers such as laboratories, wearable devices, and health apps. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms and conditions.
Your use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. Please review our Privacy Policy carefully.
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services if you breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or engage in behaviour that compromises safety or the lawful operation of the Platform. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease. You may retain read-only access to your historic data for a reasonable period, after which it may be deleted.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. While we use reasonable skill and care, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PROJECT 120 LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services.
Our maximum aggregate liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees you have paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PROJECT 120 LTD and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, or content you upload that infringes the rights of others.
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations if such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, government action, power outages, or failure of third-party services.
We are committed to making the Platform accessible to all Members, including those with disabilities. We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards. If you experience any difficulty using the Platform, please contact us at hello@noyu.health so we can assist and address any accessibility barriers.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you reside elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your habitual residence. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Services after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
