How to get started

Set up NOYU, connect your health data and start building a picture that is personal to you.

You do not need to set everything up at once. Start with a little context and one useful data source, then let the picture build over time.

1. Create your account

If you have early access, follow your invitation to create an account or sign in. NOYU asks a few short questions about what matters to you so the experience starts in the right place.

2. Tell NOYU what you want help with

Your conversation with NOYU is the centre of the app. Start by sharing a goal, asking a question, or explaining what you are trying to understand.

For example: "I am training for a half marathon and want to recover better between sessions."

3. Connect your wearable

Connect a supported wearable or Apple Health to give NOYU a continuous view of your sleep, training, activity and recovery. You can do this during setup or later from Connections.

NOYU needs time to learn what is normal for you. The first few days establish the picture, and comparisons become more personal as more data arrives.

4. Add the context your wearable misses

You can log a meal by photo or text, add something to your journal, or tell NOYU what happened. That context explains changes your wearable can measure but cannot account for on its own.

5. Keep the conversation going

Ask when something looks unusual, follow the next step that feels useful, and correct NOYU when it gets something wrong. NOYU remembers relevant details and uses what happens next to make future guidance more specific to you.
