NOYU

Your 2-week report

How NOYU makes your report from two weeks of full days, what each part shows, and where to find it again.

Your report reads two weeks of your food and shows what's worth changing, your average day and your eating day. It needs at least 9 full days in the 14. A full day is one you closed with That's everything, or one with breakfast, lunch and dinner logged.

There are two ways to get one. Choose Log everything for 2 weeks from the menu at the top of Nutrition and NOYU makes it when the two weeks end. Or, if your last two weeks already have 9 full days, tap Make my report on the Overview. NOYU makes one report a week at most.

A report stays as it was made: logging or editing meals later doesn't change it. Every report is under Your reports at the bottom of Nutrition's Overview.

Worth changing

Up to three things your two weeks show, the most useful first for your goal: what adds calories first for managing weight, protein first for building strength or muscle. Make it my focus makes one your focus for the week.

Your average day

Your calories and macros, the four nutrients, and everything NOYU counts, each against your own target or NOYU's starting amount. Your targets come first, then everything else, so you can see what might be worth adding as a target. How NOYU counts your targets explains each one.

Your eating day

When you usually eat breakfast, lunch and dinner, from meals logged within 3 hours of eating them, or with a time you gave: in words ("at 9 last night"), or by changing the meal's time. Meals logged later without a time are left out, as their time is a guess. A meal you usually have whose time is known on fewer than half the days stays in its place, marked Time not known. Each dot is a day, and the mark is your usual time, the middle of those days. Under it: the time from your last food to sleep, on days that food's time is known; how many of the days with known times had your meals within an hour of usual; and snacks a day.
