NOYU helps you understand your health data and turn it into useful next steps. It handles everyday questions about sleep, training, nutrition and recovery. Diagnosing or treating a medical condition is a job for your doctor.
What NOYU can help with
NOYU can:
- Explain the metrics from your connected wearables
- Compare recent changes with your own usual levels
- Help you think through sleep, training, nutrition and recovery
- Log and update meals or journal entries
- Set reminders and scheduled Actions
- Prepare a workout to send to a supported watch
- Be clear when the available data is incomplete or uncertain
The more relevant data you choose to connect or share, the more personal the answer can be. You can still ask general questions before connecting a wearable.
What NOYU cannot do
NOYU cannot:
- Diagnose a condition or confirm that a symptom is harmless
- Replace a doctor, physiotherapist, dietitian or other qualified professional
- Tell you to start, stop or change the dose of medication
- Assess a medical image or make an emergency decision for you
- Guarantee that a health or training suggestion will work for you
If an answer does not fit how you feel, say so. NOYU will explain its reasoning and how certain it is, and you can then use your own judgement about whether to act on it.
When to get professional help
For a medical concern, speak to a qualified health professional who can assess your full situation.
If you think there is an immediate danger to life, call 999. If you need urgent medical help in the UK but it is not a life-threatening emergency, use NHS 111 online or by phone.
