If your latest sleep, activity or recovery data has not appeared in NOYU, work through these checks in order. Most gaps come down to your wearable provider still processing the data, or a connection that needs your attention.
Check your wearable's own app first
Open Garmin Connect, Oura, Apple Health or your device's own app and check that the missing data is visible there.
NOYU can only receive a measurement after your provider has processed it. Sleep takes the longest to appear after you wake up.
If the data is missing from the provider's app too, sync your device with that app before checking NOYU again.
Check your connection in NOYU
Open Connections in NOYU and find your wearable.
- If it says Connected, give the latest data a few minutes to arrive.
- If it asks you to reconnect, follow the prompt and authorise NOYU again.
- If you use Apple Health, check that NOYU still has permission to read the relevant health data in your iPhone settings.
Direct connections use your provider's secure authorisation page. NOYU never asks for your wearable password.
If you have only just connected
NOYU starts with your recent data, then pulls in up to a year of history where your provider makes it available. You can keep using NOYU while this happens.
Recent days appear first. Older sleep and activity history takes longer, so an incomplete first view is expected rather than a sign the connection has failed.
Still missing data?
Email hello@noyu.health with:
- The wearable or app you connected
- The date of the most recent data you can see in NOYU
- The date of the missing sleep or activity
- A screenshot of the connection status, if useful
Please do not include passwords or other sign-in details. We can check the connection without them.
