You cancel NOYU where you joined. If you joined in the iPhone app, cancel through Apple, at least 24 hours before your trial ends or your membership renews, because Apple renews in the last 24 hours. If you joined on the NOYU website, cancel there, any time before your trial ends or your membership renews.
Joined in the iPhone app
- Open Settings on your iPhone.
- Tap your name, then Subscriptions.
- Choose NOYU, then Cancel Free Trial or Cancel Subscription.
Deleting the NOYU app doesn't cancel your membership, and neither does deleting your NOYU account. Apple keeps billing until you cancel with Apple.
Joined on the website
- On the NOYU website, open Settings.
- Tap Membership.
- Cancel your subscription and confirm.
Deleting your NOYU account cancels a website membership straight away.
What happens after you cancel
You keep full access until the end of your trial or the period you've paid for. After that, NOYU asks you to choose a plan when you open it.
Your data stays in your account until you delete it. While you have access, that's in Settings → Account → Delete account. On the website, once NOYU is asking you to choose a plan, tap ⋯ at the top right, then Delete account.
Coming back
Choose a plan again and everything you had is still there. You get one free trial, so your membership starts straight away.
Refunds
For a membership from the iPhone app, Apple handles refunds, not NOYU. Request one from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. For a website membership, email us at hello@noyu.health.
