Planned workouts on your watch

Which watches work, how to move or cancel, and why your watch has the final say.

A planned workout is a cardio session NOYU has sent to your watch. Planned lists the next 28 days. You create one from Cardio, from a suggestion, or from a workout NOYU built in Chat.

Which devices work

Garmin, Coros, Wahoo, Suunto, TrainingPeaks, Zepp and Huawei, plus Apple Watch through the NOYU iPhone app. Zepp shows workouts within the next seven days. Huawei ignores the date and gives NOYU no way to change or remove a workout afterwards.

It still shows after I deleted it on my watch

Most watches let NOYU write a workout but not read it back. Cancel it in NOYU as well to keep both in step.

Moving or cancelling

Open the workout from Planned, then Move to pick a new day or Cancel to remove it. NOYU tells you whether the change reached your watch. Apple Watch applies it next time you open NOYU on your iPhone. For Huawei, or a workout NOYU can no longer reach, make the same change on the watch yourself.

Did NOYU see that I did it?

NOYU matches a workout from your wearable to its plan when it is the same day, the same activity and a similar length. If two plans could fit, NOYU leaves it unmatched and the workout still appears as a normal activity.
